Program: Master of Training and Development [Taught in English]

Program Description: This program is designed for people working in government, private businesses, health sector and services that work with specialized training for adults. Through the course of 36 credit curriculum will familiarize participants with the design and use of theories and training methods to improve the production of services, product quality and staff development processes. Students will acquire skills to conduct a needs assessment, analyze data, plan and design effective training programs, as well as implementation and evaluation of results.

                  OAS Scholarship Application / MSWU: October 1, 2011

Duration: 2 years (January 2012 to December 2013)

Benefits: Midwestern University will reduce tuition costs to about $ 14,000 for the four semesters required by the program. The OAS will cover partial cost of tuition of approximately $ 6000 for up to (3) candidates.
