Study in Brazil! (PEC-PG)
Convention Program Post-Graduate Student
Convention Program Post-Graduate Student (PEC-PG) is set to continue the training of professionals from other countries in Brazilian universities.
Submissions will be accepted until July 29, 2011.
The criteria for eligibility for a scholarship are:
- Do not be a carrier of a permanent visa for Brazil. It prevented the participation of Brazilian citizens with dual nationality and candidates whose parent is Brazilian / a.
- To complete undergraduate course.
- Pass the efficiency pro CAPES Portuguese language.
- To be accepted by a Brazilian Higher Education Institution (HEI), public or private, master's or PhD course evaluated by CAPES with the concept of not less than three.
- To "Curriculum Vitae" registered and / or updated CNPq Lattes Platform, in Portuguese.
- To be financially responsible for one-way ticket to Brazil for the support of any family member to accompany you during your stay in the country.
- Having been in the country, at least two years after having obtained the diploma of Brazil, in the case of former graduate student by the PEC-G.
- Evidence that return to the country of origin or residence after completion of the grant and completion of post-graduate course (only for candidates).
The documentation required is:
- Online registration form, filled and submitted electronically in accordance with established procedures.

- Append to the online registration form, the following documents, digitized:
2.1. Detailed work plan, in Portuguese, as Annex PEC-PG Manual. Available in http://www.capes.gov.br/editais/abertos/4553-programa-de-estudante-convenio-de-pos-graduacao-pec-pg.
2.2. Two letters of recommendation, written under the Manual model attached.
2.3. "Curriculum Vitae" complete, in any form, besides the "Curriculum Lattes."
2.4. Passport page stating the candidate's identification. In case of not having a passport, you can attach a birth certificate or identity document.
2.5. Information for parents, as the Manual model attached.
2.6. Record notes of undergraduate and / or Master's in Spanish, Portuguese or English.
2.7. Diploma or certificate of completion of undergraduate, Masters or nursing home (in the case of candidate of medical area), front and back in Spanish, Portuguese or English.
2.8. IES acceptance letter Brazilian public or private, to Masters or PhD course, which is indicated by the graduate program, area of interest, research interests and dissertation topic, or thesis and guiding the candidate's name under the Manual model attached. The program selected should include the relationship available on the website http://www.capes.gov.br/cursos-recomendados.
2.9. Test Application Portuguese CAPES, duly signed by the applicant and responsible for the Embassy of Brazil, as the Manual model attached.
2.10. Medical certificate of physical and mental health, issued a maximum of 90 days prior to the filing of the application, preferably delivered by public health institution. The medical certificate must indicate whether the candidate has been treated for chronic disease.
